Who Do You Want to Become?

Regardless of who we think we are or who we think we want to be, we will always be what God wants us to be. I understand that hidden within the core of my existence is part of Jesus that guides me. He is part of me, set in the beauty of a flower, that although I don’t know it, flourishes in front of all others. It encourages them in ways that I am not always aware.

The light that shines from my existence is His light. It’s the light of God that shines in all of us, if we recognize it. It is beautiful. It is just. It is giving. It is benevolent. It is loyal. It is honest. It is loving. It is beyond the bounds of any church that man has created. It is the reason that Jesus was nailed to a cross. But Jesus’ love is passed down through the generations to all of us. And all He asks is for us to love one another.

Every day I meet people, and every day I share His love to the best that I can. I do it with humor. I do it with honesty. And always with love. Let us all do the same.

So who do you want to become? Let us all become ministers of God’s love.
