I live with a song in my heart

I have no words for it

I have no tune to hum

I have the song within me, always

 

I live with a song in my heart

It is a song of thanksgiving

It is a song of promise

It is a song of love

 

I live with a song in my heart

Put there by the people I meet

Put there by the nature I see

Put there by the morning sun

 

I live with a song in my heart

Filled with compassion

Filled with grace

Filled with God
