God, Creator of All Things

If We Absolutely, Without Question, Believe That God created everything from the entire universe, we see above us at night to the smallest insect we see crawling on the leaves of grass in our yards, then we must know that God is Good. God is above us; God is below us; God is before us and behind us. God created all; God loves all. God is within everything He created. God is within you and God is within me. You and I are blessed with the Goodness of God.
God does not harm or punish what he loves or what He is a part of; therefore, He does not harm us. So, why do we harm and punish each other? Why do we create societies that demand that we have hierarchies that hate the values of each person, if God does not do this? God is not jealous; but our egos create minor selfish jealousies that are harmful to our humanity. We forget the Goodness of God within us. We put more value on the limited short-term wealth than the eternal wealth of God’s Love.
I remember the commandments Jesus reminded us to keep: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12)
