We who are in constant pain
Imprisoned by our own unforgiveness
Humbly share our affliction
Our hearts are wounded. . .
searching for love. . . or empathy;
but abandoned by the unknowing.
A voice of forgiveness pulls us from the
imprisonment and darkness of torture,
offering the loving peace of suffering no more;
for it is God (only) who gives us comfort.
