Sometime during the sixth millennium (day) of creation, it is written as follows: “Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness. . . (Gen1:26).”Billions of words in millions of volumes have been written as to the meaning of this one tiny sentence in our Bible. A few short lines later, verse 31, after seeing all He had made, He said, it was very good. God’s creation is ongoing; each time we see new plants growing, this is evidence of new creation. We could never overcome God’s perfection; we are not perfection; we are only very good. So let us strive for perfection in all we do. I start by saying Good morning to all whom I meet. Try it; it brings smiles.
