God truly loves us
yet, there are wars
there are fatal illnesses
killing little children
before they can know love
Why do we pray,
when most of the time
we never know an answer
Love is a risk
do not fear love
love surrounds us
listen for love
Tell someone who has died
that you love her
she will hear
Tell someone who is far
that you love him
he will hear
Tell those around you
that you love them
they will hear

always listen
